Osteen Memorial Gardens
Deltona, Volusia County, Fla.
This is a black cemetery located in the community of Deltona at the end of Crest
Terrace.
It is maintained and fenced. There are indications of vandalism to a small degree. I
visited the cemetery on Nov. 4, 1998
It is fenced on 2 sides with 2 small fence enclosures on one side. There are 12 slabs
and 2 above ground crypts that have no markers that look to have been removed by vandals.
