Lake
Helen/Cassadaga Cemetery
This Cemetery is located off of Cassadaga Rd. and
Kicklighter Rd. between Lake Helen and Cassadaga. There
are many missing head stones and some are unreadable.
The records are kept at City Hall in the City of
Lake Helen. These records are index cards
that were handwritten. It is my
understanding that many records have been lost and this list is incomplete. If I receive additional information, I will update
the records. Some of the cards had obituaries
cut out and taped to the back so I transcribed these, also.
I’ve indicated which ones have obituaries that you may read in the obituary
section.

this list. Many different surnames were used
on some index cards. You just might find the
surname you are searching for totally out of alphabetical order and in more than one place
if the person purchased a plot for a friend or other family member.
I copied all of the cards and transcribed them to
the best of my ability. I also visited the
cemetery and gathered further information but please remember this list is incomplete. Many index cards had only one date. I don’t know if they are birth dates or death
dates. Some cards have no dates but no one
knew what that meant. If you have questions
