Benjamin was born at Hayling Island in England. One of a large family. He settled at Mount Pleasant with his brother Henry and sister Sally PYLE and their respective families. He married Leanora Evans she died in 1862.Her grave is burial plot is 13B in the very old part of the cemetery because Benjamin is in 14A. On Leanora's death Benjamin married again, and Jane is buried next to Leanorah.

[8298] Walter was older brother of Grover. Both worked at the Parral mine in 1910. They lived in the same camp. Walter, with his family and Grover with his mother and widowed sister's children. In 1920 Grover and their mother were living with Walter and family in Kingston. Both were foreman at the Kingston mine. It is here that Walter passed away in 1924. Grover married in 1920, starting his own household.
