William married Mary Ann "Polly" Treadway on April 23, 1848 in Fayette County, Virginia (now West Virginia).
Their children were John, Daughter, Araminta, Julia, James, and William Blake.
William was the son of William Warrick Blake and Elizabeth "Betsy" Wiseman.
He was a farmer.

Mary Carolyn Centers Bibb, 77, of Ashland, KY., passed away at her residence, surrounded by her loving family and caregivers, on April 21, 2013.
She was born in Sassafrass, KY., on March 11, 1936, daughter of the late William and Brunette Francis Centers.
She was also preceded in death by her husband Robert B. Bibb in 1990.
She is formerly from Hazard and came to Ashland in 1965. She graduated from Morehead State University with BS and MS degrees. She was a home economics teacher in the Ashland school system for 28 years and taught at Putnam Jr. High and Paul G. Blazer High School. She was a member of the Gospel Light Baptist Church, Homemakers Club of Ashland, Ashland Teacher's Association and was a volunteer at KDMC.
She is survived by a son, Robert Brooks Bibb, Jr, his wife, Evangeline Davis Bibb and their children, Corrienna Elizabeth Tarr and husband Daniel, Josiah Brooks, Graham Davis and Hannah Michelle from Columbus, GA., and a daughter, Elizabeth Bibb Corlyon and her husband David Charles Corlyon from Lexington, KY., a sister, Helen Centers Vanderpool from Waynesville, OH.
Funeral service at Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel, with Reverend Jason Porter officiating. Entombment at Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum.

Florida State Senator, Attorney, Businessman - Austin Shuey Mann was born in Ohio on January 14, 1847. He attended law school and worked at his cousin's law firm until 1873 when he moved to Ocala, Florida. He bought an orange grove on Crystal River and continued to practice law. In 1883, Mann was elected to the Florida State Senate and represented Hernando County from 1883-1887. He was present at the 1885 Constitutional Convention. In 1887 he was instrumental in the division of Hernando County into Citrus, Pasco, and Hernando Counties. Also during this year he moved to Brooksville and bought a newspaper business.
In 1891 he was elected into the Florida House of Representatives on the Farmers' Alliance ticket. In 1892 he became involved in the Peoples' Party of Florida. He moved to Jacksonville in 1900. Mann was President of the Florida Homeland Company and the Florida State Agriculture Association. He was Vice-President and a national organizer for the Good Roads Association. He also was a manager for the Florida Home Market. Mann died on September 19, 1914.
