Blackshear, Georgia
The greater part of her married life was spent at Colfax, Fairfield Co. Ohio, where her husband died and is buried. She lived for some time with her daughter at the old home, but finally decided to join her son in the South, and selling her property, she and her daughter went to Blackshear, Georgia, where they still reside.

Joseph P. Morgan (1783-1857) was born in Moore County, NC, and
married Drucilla (1778-1856). Through his fathers will, Joseph
received 200 acres north of Cabin Creek adjoining Nathan Morgan.
In 1806, he was granted an additional 15 acres between Cabin and Mill Creeks, with his brothers
Nathan and James Morgan serving as chain carriers. By 1820, Joseph and his family had migrated to
Wilcox County, AL. Joseph and Drucilla were the parents of Melinda Morgan Mosley, Angeline Morgan
Dewitt, John B. Morgan, Elizabeth Morgan Hall, Sarah Sallie Morgan Shef Fendely (b. 1813), and James C. Morgan (1824-before 1865). Joseph,
Drucilla, and several relatives are buried at Enon Cemetery in Pine Hill, wilco couty, alabama.
